What is your go-to karaoke song?

Ella Fitzgerald – At Last

Describe your very first performance.

My first performance, I guess it depends on in what category.. first time I was ever on stage was when I was 4 years old for my ballet recital.. As far as singing my own material it wasn’t until I was 15. I played 2 songs at the open mic at this cute little place called the dancing goat cafe in south orange NJ. But My first professional show was at The Bitter End on Bleeker street, n Greenwich village when I was 17 opening for Curtis Peoples and Keaton Simons.

What inspired you to start singing?

My Mom.. She always asked me to sing since before I could talk.. We have this video of me singing over 20 songs when i was 11 months old before I could even talk…

Describe your music in three words.

Honest, Soulful, Heartfelt

What’s your favorite Disney character?

I’d have to say The Little Mermaid..

Who would you love to see perform live?

I’ve been fortunate enough to have seen a lot of people live.. but I guess I would have to say Paul McCartney. I have yet to see him live and I would Love to make that happen..

What’s your favorite late night snack?

Just one favorite late night snack? oh man.. I’m definitely guilty of snacking late at night.. from frozen yogurt, or mini drumstick ice cream cones, to when I’m being health conscious to be healthy where I’ll eat a cold apple or cold watermelon.. most nights I enjoy eating something sweet before bed..
